I learnt a lot from health and fitness workshops. I participated in Senior walk, Tai-Chi, and Zumba exercise classes. I lost 35 lbs. I moved out from this neighbourhood, but I still love to come to this agency for these great programs.
The program is very beneficial to me. It teaches me how to stay healthy. I always enjoy the walking group. I like Tai-Chi. It is good for my physical and mental balance; in future, I wish we have more programs.

My body hurts when I came here, but when I leave, I feel better, especially my leg. I feel better physically, feel looser and more flexible. I feel happier and feel like I can do things. I can go up the stairs better. I joined physiotherapy and Chripractic clinic, but I was not feeling good. As soon as I joined JANS fitness programs, especially Tai-Chi, these exercise classes helped me to move my hands, leg and body. I reduced going to physiotherapy while I was doing Tai-Chi. So this program is better than my physiotherapy at clinic.

I like the walking and Tai-Chi program. I make new friends on this program. I have started doing more exercise at home. Diet program and walking are good benefit for me. I hope this program goes all years.
I like meeting other people of different ethnic group. The workshops are good for my health and promotes my healthy eating habits and exercise habits.

This centre is so nice to the seniors. Thanks for the opportunity to me to share my leadership and volunteering skills in the walking group and Tai-Chi programs. I was provided the opportunity to run Tai-Chi sessions for Seniors. It was wonderful to share my skills to my community.

I feel positive and help to release pain and depression. I participate Tai-Chi program and everyday practice at home. Even breathe in and breathe out exercise helps me a lot.

Mostly, I like about trips. Please have more trips in different places. Since i am attending this program, I think I am more active. I would recommend this program to my friends, because it is beneficial for health.
I feel good when we get-together and we are learning many things. I learnt important lessons in the program, they are walk 150 minutes or activity per week. Drink 3 liters of water per day. The health workshops are very knowledgeable. I am more aware about my health.
